Where is my order?
This is a question we frequently get asked to we put together a shipping guide here. Please note customers are responsible for any customs and tax charges for their order.
What is my tracking number?
Tracking will be available 4-6 days after your order. Please do reach out if you haven’t received your tracking after 7 by contacting support.
Ammendments and Cancellations
If you need to makes changes to your order you will need to contact us within 24hrs of placing the order.
My Item Arrived Damaged
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

If your product is lost in the mail, defective or damaged we will happily issue you a full refund.
Note for orders with Standard Shipping: We do not offer refunds on Standard Shipping or Free Shipping orders. Unless your item is lost in the mail or damaged. Refunds for 'late-delivery' or 'delayed-delivery' related inquires are ONLY given on orders with Priority Express Shipping methods.
If you need an item delivered in 4 - 7 days or with a holiday guaranteed delivery, you MUST select Priority Express Shipping at checkout.
If your Priority Express Shipping order arrives after the holiday, you can request a full shipping cost refund and we will issue it without hassle. All we need is your order number sent to us via email the full Priority Express shipping cost of $13.95 will be refunded immediately.
When does the 365 Day Refund Policy apply?
This only applies to orders shipped with Priority Express from our U.S. warehouse. Full refunds are issued on items lost in the mail or damaged upon arrival.
